Ambassadors

If you love to race, we’d love to have you as an Ambassador!
In exchange for your time and effort, Ambassadors receive a FREE race registration.

Ambassador Responsibilities
The following are tasks we ask Ambassadors to assist with. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact race@usroadrunning.com .
1. Share the race registration link or Facebook event on social media prior to race day.
2. Arrive 1.5 hours before the scheduled race start time.
3. Assist with setting up the start/finish line and registration area, including checking in runners.
4. Take a few photos before, during, and/or after the race. Post them on Facebook and/or send them to staff.
5. Help hand out medals, snacks, and water, or assist with taking photos at the finish line (optional).
6. Provide feedback on your experience by completing a short form (a code will be provided for registration).
